But one grows accustomed to it

Life may have knocked you about

But time smoothes out its ups and downs

The body may have weakened

But the spirit has strengthened

The demeanor may have slowed

But the being is enlightened

Indeed, so much more joy to pursue

There is no better time than now and the days ahead
